Apple sues Samsung

When I heard that Apple had sued Samsung claiming Samsungs smart phone and tablet slavishly copy Apple's innovative technology, distinctive user interfaces, and etc, the first thing I thought was finally. In fact, it is hard to deny the similarity of Galaxy S and iPhone 3GS.

Samsungs ability of development and produce hardware is the world best. On the contrary its software ability is far behind than Apples. Samsung has developed Bada the smartphone platform for ten years but there is still a long way to go to compete with Android Googles mobile operating system or iOS iPhones operating system. The worse thing is that Badas user interfaces also looks like iOSs.

Some experts argue that Apples lawsuit against Samsung aims to affect the launching of Samsungs Galaxy S2,  its latest generation in the Galaxy S series, rather than win the case. Samsung is going to release the Galaxy S2 in the domestic market next week and the new tablets within the first half of this year. Regardless of the Apples intention, this lawsuit apparently will have bad influence on the sales and image of both Samsungs smart phones and tablets.

Eventually, unless Samsung increase its software development ability innovatively, Apples domination of the smartphone and tablet market will continue. Meanwhile, Bada Samsung's mobile OS tells us that there is no chance changing the King of the market for the time being.
