When I heard that Apple had sued Samsung claiming Samsung’s smart phone and tablet slavishly copy Apple's innovative technology, distinctive user interfaces, and etc, the first thing I thought was “finally”. In fact, it is hard to deny the similarity of Galaxy S and iPhone 3GS.

Samsung’s ability of development and produce hardware is the world best. On the contrary its software ability is far behind than Apple’s. Samsung has developed Bada the smartphone platform for ten years but there is still a long way to go to compete with Android Google’s mobile operating system or iOS iPhone’s operating system. The worse thing is that Bada’s user interfaces also looks like iOS’s.

Eventually, unless Samsung increase its software development ability innovatively, Apple’s domination of the smartphone and tablet market will continue. Meanwhile, Bada Samsung's mobile OS tells us that there is no chance changing the King of the market for the time being.
